The mission, which cookbook author Danielle Renov chose to accept, was to recreate a fishstick that you might buy in a supermarket, but one that was far tastier and better for you. As part of the mission, Danielle wrote the cookbook Peas, Love and Carrots, and stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to provide an update on how this mission was going. Turns out, the mission was a success! Danielle told Tonia her kids love fishsticks, and wanted to do something homemade for them. Combine ground fish with standard breadcrumb ingredients, shape and bake! Danielle says make a whole bunch of them to have around when the kids (or you) get hungry.
