He didn't set out to make a potato chip that goes really well with a glass of wine, but that's exactly what happened! Jonathan Strietzel, who created Wine Chips, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about his creative chip, what makes it different and how it happened almost by accident. First things first, the Wine Chip is a smaller, lattice cut potato chip with gourmet flavors that go really well with a nice glass. Jonathan told Tonia these are 100% hand made, and designed to be eaten in one bite, nothing overly large to crumble over. These are sophisticated snacks that go well in any elegant setting.
