Pudding and Ice Cream Brought Together...

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

....but here's the twist, a healthy take on the Cake Batter Milkshake will only cost you 175 calories, versus roughly 1100 if you get one at the ice cream store!  Marlene Koch, who authored the cookbook Eat What You Love told Tonia's Kitchen it's easy to replicate.   Marlene told Tonia she uses light, sugar free vanilla ice cream, milk and ice, along with sugar free vanilla pudding mix.  When you whip it all together, the pudding mix works to thicken the ice and makes it very rich and creamy.  You won't miss the "real" ice cream and cake shake...and you probably won't feel guilty about it either!
