This Bark Won't Bite. It's Too Sweet!

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

No...we're not becoming a pet site, we're talking about Milk Chocolate Bark. More specifically, Hallie Baker's Milk Chocolate Sesame Date Bark. Hallie, who wrote the cookbook Turtle Truffle Bark told Tonia's Kitchen that's it's so much fun to make bark simply because you can play around with the ingredients, and no matter what, it'll still probably taste good!  Hallie told Tonia she uses dried dates, fresh toasted sesame seeds and tempered, high quality chocolate, spread onto parchment paper.  She then adds a layer of seeds and dates, and lets it cool.  You won't mind if this bark has a little bite!
