Now it's time to start thinking about your holiday parties.  And pastry chef Gina De Palma stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her Zaletti recipe. De Palma, who wrote the book Dolce Italiano told Tonia that Zaletti are Polenta Cookies, and are they fantastic!  Gina says it's very easy to make the cookies and it should only take you 10 minutes in the mixer.  Gina uses instant polenta, flour, sugar, butter, an egg and raisins.  She rolls it or shapes it onto a cookie sheet and bakes it up.  You have an easy-to-make cookie and your party guests have a real Italian dessert.  Bueno!
