The Best Bread Tonia's Ever Had

Tonia is a foodie, and it's high praise when she says something, no matter what, is the best she's ever had! For this honor, we travel to Western Massachusetts and visit with the artisan bakery Rose 32 Bread. Baker Glenn Mitchell joined Tonia's Kitchen to talk more about Tonia's favorite: Olive Bread! Glenn told Tonia the process of baking this bread starts about 48 hours before it's even baked. They ferment the bread, which is a method less commonly used today.
