
Boston, that is. There are a number of great things about Boston that people enjoy, the history, the architecture and of course the food! And now one author is bringing the best of Boston cuisine straight to your table. Clara Silverstein stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her cookbook The Boston Chef's Table. One of the side dishes she told Tonia about, was her scrumptious Apple Caponata.

It comes from the Oleana Restaurant in Cambridge. Clara told Tonia she starts with golden raisins, onions, a little cocoa powder. Clara adds some chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, capers, and olives along with balsamic vinegar. Simmer it all together on low heat and serve with swordfish. It can stand on its on as a Bruschetta as well!
