Got Five Minutes? Then You've Got A BBQ....thanks to the art of massage!

No question, it's a fast world, and sometimes there's not always time to do a proper BBQ marinade. But that's where Kevan Vetter with McCormick Kitchens says he can help. He came by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about how you can equal an overnight meat marinade in just 5 miuntes, by practicing the art of massage! Kevan told Tonia to put the meat you're grilling into a Ziplock bag, and add your marinade ingredients. Then drain all the air out of the bag, and give the inside a deep tissue massage. By really working the ingredients in and then letting it sit for five minutes, you give the meat just about the same amount of flavor as if it were sitting overnight.
