Eyes are one of our most important organs, without them you can't see. One cookbook author, focused on foods that are good for the eyes stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about one recipe in particular, a Butternut Squash Hummus, that's rich in eye-friendly Vitamin A. Jennifer Thompson, who wrote the new cookbook, Eat Right For Your Sight, told Tonia she decorates the hummus with pomegranate seeds and drizzles it with olive oil. Quite the feast for the eyes! She also talked about a salad made with spinach and grapefruit, and a smoothie made with blueberries, pomegranates combined with bananas and kale! Jennifer says eating her way really impacts the eyes, and you might say keeps their resolution in a very High-Definition state! Find out more about Eat Right For Your Sight here
