LISTEN TO THE PODCAST
A Ginger Mousse is far too sweet to bite. Lauren Chatman who wrote Icebox Pies stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her delicious Ginger Mousse recipe. Lauren told Tonia she uses cream cheese and crystallized sugar to create the Mousse. After it's mixed, she then places it between two ginger snaps for a delicious treat that goes especially well after a barbecue! Think about it, the tangy taste of ribs, chicken and followed by the sultry sweetness of creamy ginger. We don't know about you, but we're getting hungry!
