No doubt about it, Easter dinner is a special occasion, and for that special occasion you want a special wine. Dan Amatuzi, who's the beverage director at the Italian food market chain Eataly says the weather is starting to turn warmer and spring is in the air. As a result, Dan recommends white and rosé wines. Dan told Tonia's Kitchen that if you're planning to chill your wine, be careful, as the colder the wine gets, the more of it's flavors are suppressed.
