The Latin Chef, Daisy Martinez stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her recipe for spicy ceviche. It's called Xni Pec, which is a Mayan term for "The Dog's Nose." She uses baby scallops and shrimp. She adds lemon, lime cilantro and tomatoes, along with an appropriate level of spice (either as hot or as mild as you want it) and serve it up with tortilla chips.
