Souffle a la Blender!

This soufflé you don't have to order with the rest of dinner!  Chef Cynthia Graubart, from the cookbook One Armed Cook introduced Tonia's Kitchen to what she calls a "cheaters" recipe , but it does anything but cheat on the taste.  Cynthia told Tonia she heats heavy cream (it can be done in a microwave), then in a blender container,  add some semi-sweet chocolate chips, and a package of cream cheese, broken up, 5 eggs, vanilla and hit blend.  Then put it all in a soufflé dish and bake it all together.  Your guests won't know this soufflé came from a blender!
