Pineapple, Like You've Never Had It Before!

Have you ever tried roasting pineapple?  Chef Billy from Restaurant Associates stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to say it's something amazing!  Billy told Tonia that he takes a whole pineapple, that's been cored, and drizzles it with a little honey.  And then just roast it in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.  It's great drizzled with chocolate, or as part of a fondue. Perfect for Valentine's Day!
