Billy told Tonia's Kitchen the chokes have a potato like consistency, they're very easy to prepare and cook, just wash them under water and roast for about 12 minutes. And they taste amazing! Chef Billy told Tonia that even though they may seem exotic, the Sunchokes are readily available in most grocery stores. It'll really make your Thanksgiving table sing a unique tune!
