What Are Paleo Superfoods?

If you watch the news, or surf the web, you've probably come across the term Paleo Super Foods. But what are they, and what do they do?  Author Heather Connell has the answers to those questions and more in her book, aptly titled Powerful Paleo Super Foods.  Heather told Tonia's Kitchen that they're
varied, from proteins like Salmon, all the way to eggs.  They include supergreens like kale, and healthy fruit fats like coconut and avocado. Heather told Tonia these foods are fattening, but that's okay.  Specific kinds of healthy fat are very important in a good diet.  In her book, Heather says she breaks down the various super foods by category and explains in detail how they can be beneficial (and delicious!)
