Balls O' Rice

Did you have Asian food last night?  If so, you might some of that infamous takeout rice leftover. You probably don't want to throw it out, but you also don't want to eat it straight.  What to do?

Alan Harding has an idea.  Harding, with La Rosa restaurant, says it's time to make rice balls. He stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about his leftovers idea.  He told Tonia to take the rice and place it in
a plastic bowl, then add water.  You then place it in a microwave and heat for a short time.  This re-hydrates the rice, kind of like giving it new life.  Then you add peas, salami, prosciutto and mozzarella to the rice, ball it and fry it altogether.  It's the ultimate recycling project, and tasty to boot!
