Where's The Beef?!? (Tenderloin)


So you're looking for something different to do with beef.  You've done the barbecue and the broil...now let's try the bake!  Famed chef and author Giada De Laurentiis told Tonia's Kitchen she has a fantastic way to bake that beef, Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Sauce!  She starts with mayonnaise and shredded Gorgonzola
cheese and combines those ingredients with sauteed porcini mushrooms in a food processor.  Giada told Tonia it takes five minutes to make the sauce.  Then you add it to a seared Beef Tenderloin that's finished in the oven.  Giada says the beef and the sauce go perfect together.
