It's Strawberry Season...


...and to celebrate, we're talking with cookbook author Dorie Greenspan, who stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her recipe for Strawberry Yogurt Mousse Cake.  Dorie told Tonia it's beautiful to look at, but very easy to make.  She starts by making a cake in a spring form pan, then
creating the mousse with crushed and chopped berries, along with yogurt and white chocolate. Pour the mousse over the cake and top with sliced berries.  Dorie says it'll look just like a flower, so beautiful to look at, you may not want to eat it...but then you will!
