At least not this time! Chef Steve Petusevsky stopped by Tonia's Kitchen with a use for America's favorite pick me that's almost out of this world! Chef Steve, who wrote the new cookbook Sizzle & Smoke, told Tonia about his Black Coffee Mojo Marinade. He brings together black coffee and orange juice. Steve then combines that with white vinegar, smoked paprika, cumin or cumin seeds, a clove of garlic, one jalapeno and chipotle. Petusevsky says not only is it good on pork beef, lamb andchicken, but it also brings an earthy, rich flavor to whatever dish you combine it with. One note, when you add it to your meat, make sure you refrigerator it together overnight. It may not give you that morning boost, but your tastebuds will certainly come alive when you try it!
