Soup Special



When you make soup, have you ever considered using your blender?  Tess Masters sure hopes so!  She's the author of the new cookbook The Blender Girl.  Tess told Tonia's Kitchen that she considers the book's soup section, the "star" of the show.  She points to a particularly delicious recipe for creamy cauliflower soup that only has 5 ingredients.  She says there's two keys, the blender and the broth.  The broth, Tess says, can make or break your soup, whereas the blender helps bring those ingredients to the next level!  She also says even though the soup is vegetarian, there's no skimping on flavor.  And as for making some, she says there's no excuse, the recipe is "too easy!"  To find out more, pay The Blender Girl a visit here.
