Don't Fear The Fish!


Let's admit it, some of us don't like to cook fish, because we're worried how it might turn out.  Now cookbook author Mireille Guiliano, who wrote "French Women Don't Get Fat" says it's time to get over it! She told Tonia's Kitchen about a wonderful way to make fish, that's nearly impossible to get wrong. Mireille says first you take the fish, wrap and combine it with some colorful vegetables (red, green and yellow).  Then take some foil and line with olive oil and fennel and wrap up the fish and vegetables.  Leave it in a refrigerator overnight, and the next day bake it for 8-12 minutes.  Mireille says it's impossible to overcook, and it's tremendously tasty.  Fight the fish fear!
