Bringing Out The Best In Your Beef Tenderloin


Today we hear from Food Network Star Giada De Laurentiis.  She's stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her marvelous recipe for Beef Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Sauce!  Giada told Tonia the sauce itself is simple, crumbled Gorgonzola combined with mayonnaise and porcini mushrooms.  Blended it all together in
a food processor, and pour over baked beef tenderloin that's right from the oven.  Giada promises it will melt in your mouth like butter!
