This Sounds Complicated But It's Not

Here at Tonia's Kitchen, we try to make the complex simple, and introduce you to meals that on the surface, can sound pretty daunting to make, but actually aren't! Today, we talk to noted TV food host and author Robin Miller.  She told Tonia's Kitchen about her Seared Almond Crusted Chicken, with baby corn and
tomatoes.  It sound complex, but only has 8 ingredients.  Robin starts with chicken breasts, coated with Dijon Mustard.  Just press those breasts into a dish filled with blanched, thinly sliced almonds.  Then add a can of diced tomatoes, along with another can of baby corns. Season with some curry powder, salt pepper and cilantro, and prepare as you like it.  Your dinner guests will think you've been cooking all day!
