Lets update the classic Waldorf Salad, to give it a healthier twist.  If you're considering a Waldorf Salad, but want to make it just a tad lower in the calories department, author Ellie Krieger says there's a much easier way. The woman behind the book Comfort Food Fix told Tonia the secret is in, or lack or real mayonnaise.  Ellie spoke to Tonia's Kitchen about using only a little mayo, and making up the rest with Greek Yogurt.    That step alone brings the calorie count down from the 400s to the 100s, but preserves the creamy consistency needed to make the salad.  Ellie then uses fresh grapes to make the portions seem bigger.  The end result, your party guests will be eating healthy, and not even know it!
