One size doesn't fit all when it comes to baking a pie. Renowned pie expert Ken Haedrich joined Tonia to talk about what the best place in the oven is for baking a pie. Ken, the author of "Pie" says an oven can be a finicky appliance, but in general he recommends to at least start on the lower shelf, and maybe end up placing your pie just one setting above it. The reason, the lower your pie is, the more heat it will take, which will end up setting the crust nicely.
