And this Italian dessert is gluten-free! Anna Francese Gass, who wrote the new cookbook Italian Snacking, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about a recipe for a Hazelnut Souffle. Anna says she uses almond or hazelnut flour and the highest-quality chocolate you can find! That chocolate gets melted and mixed with the Italian Liquor Frangelico.
