For this, we head down to the city of Tucson, Arizona, home to many wonderful Mexican-style restaurants, and check in with Jackie Alpers, who wrote the new cookbook, Taste of Tucson. She came by Tonia's Ktichen to talk about her recipe for Molletes. It's a traditional part of the Mexican breakfast table. Jackie told Tonia that she loves them with hot sauce, but if you aren't into spicy food, no worries. Use a milder sauce instead. It's a great way to start your day.
