Yes, it might be time to head on back to that lush, tropical paradise known as Margaritaville. And this time you can do it without hopping a plane! The new Margaritaville Cookbook is out, and it truly is a taste of the tropics One of the authors, Chef Carlo Sernaglia stopped by Tonia's Kitchen with his idea for Crab and Quinoa Cakes. It's a very prominent recipe that's featured in the book. Carlo says while fresh crab is the primary attraction, the quinoa and curry play a very big role. He says it's paradise!
