The recipe is very easy, with the help of a food processor, if you want it fresh. You can also buy cauli-rice frozen. Combine that with Kalamata olives and green onions along with a low-carb vinaigrette and some feta cheese, for a healthy, flavorful salad, where you won't miss the real rice.
