Garlic is Good

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST
Garlic!  The very mention of it brings passionate debate both for and against the so-called "stinking rose." Those who hate it say it smells, causes bad breath and too much can really spoil your pot. At least two beg to differ.  Carl and Jhoane Robinson
with Cedar Bear Naturals stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to recommend garlic. They say it's one of nature's most potent antibiotic.  Jhoane told Tonia when she started eating it, she stopped getting sick all the time.  If you're going to take the plunge, cut up the garlic and let it rest for 15 minutes.  That allows it's healing properties to activate.  Carl says cooking it or eating it raw, you can't go wrong.  Find out more about Carl & Jhoane, and their adventures with garlic at www.cedarbear.com
