These Cakes Pack a Bite!

...or actually two bites.  Abby Dodge, who wrote the cookbook The Everyday Baker, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her recipe for Brown Butter Cake Bites.  Abby told Tonia she starts by browning butter and combining that with cake batter, sour cream and a white chocolate glaze. The key, Abby says, is to make each piece fairly small.  When you bake it up, it looks elegant enough to be served at the fanciest of Christmas parties.  Abby says it's like having a tiny piece of cake. And if you want more, just have another bite!
