A Method to Meathead's Madness

Admittedly, it's hard to get that hamburger or steak to the proper temperature, simply by using the grill alone. Fortunately, there's a method to get some cuts of beef preheated to where it's the perfect temperature every time. It's called Sous Vide, and it's essentially placing that hamburger or steak into a plastic bag filled with water that's heated precisely to 132 degrees. Meathead, who's behind the Meathead Method, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about the process, called Sous Vide. Meathead told Tonia it really helps make meat even better!
